Dots Collection

Klelia Andrali’s new collection named ‘Dots’ is Inspired by the iconic Pop Art movement of the 1960’s. Klelia Looked to key figures of the movement including: Lichtenstein, Warhol and Basquait, We see thick Black lines and rounded shapes fused with minimalistic silhouettes to form a collection that’s current, cutting edge and dynamic. The colours applied on the patterns that run throughout the collection are all selected from Lichtenstein’s iconic paintings, for instance; the bright red used on the medium sized dots is the exact colour used for the lips seen in “Woman in Bath” (1963).
“I concluded, during that era, innocence was elusive in life but dominant in art. Pop Art”.- Says Klelia.
